NB -Please read this important information prior to any bookings.

The Nine Aesthetics Team value your clientele and will make it a priority to accommodate your requests within reason.

Please note we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever whilst visiting our premises.

Our trained therapists are taught to assist you with a homecare regimen, although you are not obligated to purchase any suggested in-house products please note that certain facial treatments will require homecare products and protocols, your therapist will inform you of these.

If you are on Antibiotics, Chronic medicines or using Vitamins of a “Beta Carotene” nature, or have contraindications to any treatment, this is to be noted. A consultation form has been given to you to complete, it is important that you complete it truthfully for your protection. Should you experience any problems, or have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to discuss them with us before your treatment.

Arriving late for an appointment shortens your treatment time. New clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to complete the necessary paper work.

Should you cancel any treatment later than 48 hours prior to your appointment a 100% cancelation fee will be charged.

Packages are to be paid in full prior to the first treatment. Failure to pay these will result in you losing your appointment.

We accept Cash, Card and electronic transfers.

Proof of payment for electronic transfers can be emailed to info@nineaesthetics.co.za
